Okay, it came up on my Google alerts and since it said the CW on it I assumed it was from the network. Also, how would this guy get on the sets of all these CW shows and get to use the CW's logo if he wasn't mainstream media?

I also thought she was going to get crazier before her story ended. It did seem abrupt but I doubt she'll be back. We may just learn more about her through another character.

Reminder that AV Club has quite well-written and generally favorable recap-reviews by Steve Hyden. From the one for Cancun: Plus, the comments are less insane than usual; mostly thoughtful. I liked this one:

and how right they are, too. What is it about that picture, I'm not sure. But damn, it's lust-inspiring.

What is it about that picture, I'm not sure. But damn, it's lust-inspiring. *waves hand in air* 1) His body position in the chair. 2) His hands. 3) His expression and the way he seems to look right at you. I made an icon once from this pic and it took forever because I'd find myself just staring at it. (You were really asking, weren't you?)

He's one sexy beast, and it makes me insane that the CW doesn't use this more to attract its female audience.

For our New Zealand members: ...including S2 of Reaper. Hey, if ABC can sell this show overseas, maybe it'll be able to sell Reaper to another network when its ratings completely tank if it's true it will have a December run.

I don't think they'll be selling to another network unless the CW folds altogether. And even then its a long shot since it so rarely happens, but its more likely than with a show that gets cancelled.

Nothing big, just the address to Reaper's casting office: From this guy's blog. He auditioned for an informercial. I wished him well.

From Macleans blog, Krasinkis aka Non-Threatening TV Leading Men.What is a Krasinski? It’s a type of leading man (though the actual Krasinski isn’t the actual lead on his show) who, through a combination of the casting and the writing, relies more on charm and offbeat cuteness than the traditional TV leading-man toughness. This type of lead character is handsome but not ostentatiously handsome; frequently communicates through fast talking, mumbling, or goofy looks to the side; charms women through wisecracks and silliness rather than playing the dashing romantic lead; isn’t much of a fighter; frequently has a weird hairstyle; is played by someone who probably can act but isn’t required to show much range beyond “schmoopy” and “goofy smirk.”
Notable Krasinskis on modern TV, apart from the original, include Lee Pace (Pushing Daisies), Zachary Levi (Chuck), Josh Radnor (How I Met Your Mother), Bret Harrison (Reaper).

An interesting blog. It's from inkymae, who says she's written a spec script for Reaper. There is no Reaper news, but it's an interesting read of someone trying to break into the script-writing business.

I liked this blog and what prest0 said: I made a comment over there: I remember reading a TV Squad review of Reaper once where the writer said "I sometimes think the writers try and figure out what would be the typical TV plot line and then head in the exact opposite direction." I think that's completely true, and I agree. It is *quite* refreshing and definitely more entertaining.

Oddly enough, although Krasinski's are definitely my type and I'm simply mad about HIMYM, Radnor who plays Ted isn't my favourite, that would be Neil Patrick Harris' Barney. NPH is the reason to watch (and love) HIMYM.

And that's the tragedy. This show has not suffered from much criticism anywhere. Even here, the critics have always loved it but still people don't or can't seem to watch it. Perfect recipe for the brilliant but cancelled drawer.

Mistressofrobin can explain this better than me, but she put up a Fandom Meme over at Reaper_tv. As far as I can tell all you do is post on it saying you're a fan of Reaper. It seems to be one of those "drum up support for cruelly neglected things that should really be bigger than they are." I really love mistressofrobin's quote: "It is a grave injustice to Reaper's awesome that its fandom is small." To simply sign it, click here.

It was on page 10 when I was there; about half-way down. But it might get bumped down as people add above it. If you see the one called "LSD [something]" (who knew?) it's below that. Good luck!

I saw the link but there's twelve pages of comments, how do you find her post? I was pretty sure I linked directly to it. The link I followed took me directly to the Reaper section. I can't get the site now, so if anyone can fix my link (as well as the one on the top menu), please do so.

Yeah, the page at reaper_tv is where she posted the link to the actual comm. I guess we have enough ways to get there now.
Sometimes I can't believe I know what I'm talking about. The other day I said in chat "I'm getting xkcd on rss at lj" and thought "Wow. What has happened to me."
Favorite quote, from Spy Hard: "That's KGB. You prefer an H&K over an AK. Your surveillance is NSA. Your ID is CIA. You received your PhD. at NYU. Traded in your GTO for a BMW. You listen to CDs by REM and STP. And you'd like to see JFK in his BVDs get down with OPP."
OMG I think the EMFs are making me TI (totally insane).
