Mwhahahahahahah. I added the spoiler feature. You can find the button when you "reply" to a thread. Also, I finally figured out how to add 2 more default avatars from donna-foccacina. Please check them out!

New default avatar by evilalex! Check it out! Man, there is some ridiculously brilliant Reaper talent out there. Wish there was some way of getting a wider audience to let it be known, like Supernatural does. You're a genius! A true geek. *exalts you* How ever did you do it? I am awesome that way, aren't I? ;D I found it by accident on another board and desperately searched for the code. I was about to break down and beg someone on the support boards when I finally found it.

I found a site for recaps: The Recapist. I thought maybe we should have a sticky thread for all recap sites for handy reference. Where do you think it should go?

Great, pace, because the post above--where I wanted to sticky the links to episode lists--those both have recaps too. And TWoP of course. I'm no good at figuring out where, though. Episode One board? Blue should probably weigh in; she has a good grasp of what goes where.
It takes me forever to find where I posted the links to the screencaps sites. Last time I googled "reaper screencaps" and we came up on page two, and I clicked on, and there it was. Which seems rather roundabout, but nice to know we're turning up on google in various guises.

One night for some good reason, blue set up a comm at LJ for Reaper DMV: community.livejournal.com/reaperdmvI put up pace's "pimp post" back to here. Wondering if there's anything else we'd use this for?

Great idea for the LJ! I think we should use it for any site updates and maybe Reaper news and spoilers with links to DMV for them. Keep trying to lure people over here to see stuff.

Blue, when you get back--I'm kind of afraid to set this off again, but...in your proboards support travels, did you find anything about embedding music?

Something weird about that new "Click Here to Tell the CW" (which I love BTW)--it links no matter where on the Board you click (blank spaces that is).
ETA: Maybe not anywhere, but randomly. Especially at the bottom of the main board. And possibly when you're trying to log in, too.

Hm, I tried it and it only takes me to the CW page if I either click on the actual link or on the pic of Bret at the computer at the bottom (which is kind of neat). Anywhere else on the page and you may see the address, but if you click it just takes you to the appropriate subforum.

Dave says when he tried to log in, it took him to the CW, when he clicks in the space to input his name. Either the login space at the bottom of the main board, or the separate login page you go to when you click the link under the banner.
For me, if it's near the pic of Bret it still clicks to CW. Links to subforums are fine, though, as are other direct links.

Oh, I'm permanently logged in so I don't know, but if it prevents people from logging in that's a problem.

If anyone is having problems logging in thru Safari, please try and use Mozilla instead for awhile. I have notified ProBoards of the issue, and hopefully they will fix it soon.

Apparently the Proboards servers are having problems, so if we disappear for a bit, that's why. It's actually a bit funny if you just look at the thread titles right now at the support forum.

As most of you should know, I sent a mass email out today - not only to announce our good news, but also to let our members know about certain server issues, especially if they are trying to come to the board but are having difficulty. ProBoards is aware of this issue, and they are working as fast as they can to fix it. If anyone wants further information, they can check out this thread. It will be updated with all the most recent information about the server issues. And in the case of our many guests, please note that if we have server issues, simply remove that part of the address and it should solve the problem. ie, go from reapertwop.proboards58.com TO reapertwop.proboards.comOR go from www.reaperdmv.com TO reaperdmv.comThank you!

I think Mark kept the banner up for fun. Compromise for taking it off the main board. ;D We can change it if people want. But the News Table? WTH? I have no idea how to fix that. Might take me a bit. ETA: Nevermind, the table was an easy fix. The table's only supposed to be on the main board anyways.

That was it, thanks. I didn't mean the banner header, just the news table and the old links were bothering me. I couldn't see the fun in that.

blue--or anyone else--do you know where that link is to the proboards support board (oh, god) that talks about fixing problems with accessing Chat using Firefox? I followed their instructions once, but upgrading Java wasn't the problem, and I want to ask again.
Having to use Safari just for Chat is driving me nuts.
Thanks. I can never find anything on that place.

It's been brought up in the chat room that a portal and general forum reorg might benefit the campaign. I was wondering if any of you techy guys know if it's possible to migrate the forum data from here to some empty server space with something liek this installed on it. www.simplemachines.org/
