All of my current Reaper fic can be found here. I'll post new stories as I write them. To date, there is (use link above for all stories here): Title: Angel of Mercy Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG-13 Summary: The demons have caught up to Sam, and a surprising ally comes to his aid. Word Count: 3,683 Disclaimer: Alas, I do not own Reaper. *glares at Ostroff* Title: Back to Work Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG Summary: Sam learns the true meaning of power. Word Count: 3,915 Disclaimer: Reaper is not mine and neither is Star Wars or any of the other films mentioned here. A/N: Inspired by discussions at TwoP where we wondered what it would be like if Sam discovered he had a superpower and could use it. Best fandom ever. Special thanks to Loandbehold. Title: Demons and Lies Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG Summary: Set immediately following 1x18 Cancun. Sam learns a surprising truth. Word Count: 3,622 Disclaimer: The Devil owns Sam, I don't. Title: Sam’s Apocalypse Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG Summary: After the memorial, the events of the day finally sink in for Sam. Spoilers up to 1x18 Cancun. Word Count: 926 Disclaimer: I don’t own Reaper but if I did it would be returning in the fall. A/N: This is for all of those who felt Sam seemed a little too happy with his friends that night. Title: Hunter Turned Prey Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG-13 for violence Summary: The Devil is being strangely tight-lipped about the most recent escaped soul, forcing Sam to face his biggest challenge yet. Word Count: 4,252 Disclaimer: Reaper’s not mine. We’re just good friends. Title: Bullies Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG Summary: After the car accident that puts Andi in the hospital, Sam is angry and begins to question his lot in life but is forced to go straight back out and capture another soul. Takes place after 1x13: Acid Queen Word count: 5,105 Disclaimer: I do not own Reaper, which is just as well because if I owned Sam I would do unspeakable things to him. Title: Murder at the Grande Hotel Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG-13 Summary: Sam is sent to capture a soul that may have been innocent of his crime, causing Sam to wonder whether he can do the right thing and please the Devil at the same time. Word count: 4,054 A/N: My first Reaper fic, but not my first fanfic by a long shot so don’t let that stop you. I love this show and was finally inspired by an escaped soul bunny I just had to capture. Even if you’re not a fan of the show, I hope you give this shot because it’s still a cool story. The premise is pretty simple – 21 year old Sam’s parents sold his soul to the Devil before he was born. Now he works for him catching escaped souls and sending them back to hell. And his two best friends Sock and Ben help him. That’s it. Disclaimer: I don’t own Reaper or its wonderful characters, but this soul belongs to me. Mwahaha!

Okay, while LJ figures its shit out I've decided to post this at ff.net. Frustrating since I'm not the only one having this problem and I really want to post to my LJ, but in the meantime, at least you can all read and comment here (and I tried to give the board a plug but stupid ff.net editor removed the address. It's not my night). If they don't fix it soon I'll just link this to reaperfic at LJ and my journal: Title: Wing Man Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG/K+ Summary: Sam gets suspicious when the Devil starts hanging out with Sock Word Count: 3,799 Disclaimer: I don’t own Reaper and if I did it sure wouldn’t be on the CW. A/N: Just a shameless pimp for ReaperDMV (reapertwop.). Visit for more fun stuff. Also, this fic is dedicated to How I Met Your Mother’s Barney Stinson, the quintessential wing man. (This way to the fic...)

Pace! It's not my day either, I couldn't comment at ff.net. Forgot my password and anyway couldn't read that f*cking code word thing so I guess I'm "not" human.
I'll comment at LJ too when you get it on there, but FANTASTIC! love the ... oh heck can't remember how to spoiler tag. Damn. More later.
ETA: Just read it, everybody!

OMG you're a cylon!! ;D Well I linked the story to reaperfic at LJ so you can comment there now at the entry on the main page or at my own LJ page if you like where I linked it too (Comment by clicking where it says Get a Room). I don't foresee LJ fixing this problem anytime soon. Lousy #$%@& upgrade.

It's almost as if you wrote this SPECIFICALLY for ME!

Pace, I left you a comment on fanfiction.net but I think it got partially-eaten-- it basically just said that that last line? CREEPED ME RIGHT THE HECK OUT. Also, Sam sitting in a strip club broodingly watching three patrons instead of the strippers, while wearing a "disguise"? Pretty funny.

Thanks everyone. Well, my last fic was a little light on Lucifer so I wanted to bring him back to the focus again for this one. It's fun to write for him. Oh yeah I wondered about that. I assumed you liked that line. I loved that twist in Hungry for Fame where Sam thinks he's helping the guy but instead he plays right into the Devil's plan and they work together like a well oiled machine. The Devil pulled that shit again in Rebellion when Sam found out he had helped get the demons all in one place. I love when those things happen on the show so I wanted to do the same kind of twist here. And yeah, Sam gets so obsessed with finding out the truth that he gets a little wacky so the strip club scene was funny.

You should write about Jerry more often, you do a good job.

My new fic is up. Turned out pretty cool I must say. Title: Sam Who? Fandom: Reaper Rating: PG-13 Summary: Sam turns to witchcraft to seek a way out of his contract with the Devil, with unexpected consequences. Word Count: 5,780 Disclaimer: I do not own Reaper, not one little bit. A/N: Still no luck getting LJ cuts to work in RTE. So once again I link to ff.net. Comment there, here or anywhere you like. Heck, comment in both places, comments are love after all. Thanks for reading. (He’s in Hell. He just knows it...)

Pace! You win for most prolific: length, quantity, and profusion of ideas. Great plot and the theme is just as you promised in the Inspiration thread. I commented at ff, so check it out; I don't want to spoil by saying too much here.
And...I'm not having problems with cuts at LJ. Wonder what is up?

That last one was waaay too short! :-( Just when you're happy to be reading such a nifty, funny story, it ends. Darn. ;-)
How can you be so cruel??!?!?!?! ;D

Do you cut and paste from Word? Seems if you try to paste text from Word into a post using the clean up box and then put that text behind a cut it will fail and produce a cut of one line with the rest of the text appearing beneath it. I was told I could avoid it by either retyping my fic by hand (and screw that) or avoiding the clean up box and ending up with screwy looking formatting that may not be fixable. Or I could just link to ff.net where I post anyway. So there, LJ. The problem is that clean up box, I'm sure of it, and they say they're working on an update to fix it, but nothing yet.
Mine is an evil laugh! Mwahahahaha!
(and thank you *hugs*)
On to the penguin story -- and I still have no idea what I'm doing. Do-be-do-be-do...

I commented over at FF, but I must say it again: great story. I love the concept, the twist, and the reason behind the twist. And you included Dennis! Love him! You got his voice perfectly.

Thanks! As cko suggested, I left open the question of whether the witch was Willow for any Buffy fans and with the connection with Dennis/Rack you might assume that but if you don't know Buffy, it won't interfere with your enjoyment or understanding in any way. I also liked the idea of the contract and Sam sharing one undivided soul. Kind of Horcrux-y.

I completely forgot to comment on that! Willow and Dennis! "I don't do love potions"--ha!
I never use that clean up box. For weird formatting (like font size and tags showing), here's what I do. But my stories are short, might be too tedious for you. I paste in the html box, then click to RTF. But it removes all formatting (paragraphs, itals, etc) so you have to redo those.
But...I don't have a problem with LJ cuts even if I just cut and paste from Word into RTF. I'm working on my pumpkin...

So if you paste in html it doesn't ask you if you want the clean up box? Then do you add the cut in RTF? That could work, assuming that the problem is the clean up box and not the cut button in RTF. I don't mind redoing the formatting, it's easier than retyping it at least. I'll try that next time, it just pisses me off that so many people are having this problem (you can see all the frustrated support requests posted for the same thing) and yet they still haven't fixed it or posted any news about what they plan to do about it.

It got me to thinking that even within the show (And outside the fact that it's the original premise), sam wouldn't exist without the contract, since it lead to his being born.

Oh that is so intriguing. pace, for some reason that "clean up" box stopped showing up for me. I don't know why. Heh. Maybe we need to start a Bitter LJ thread or website. Though I'm sure that exists, probably on LJ itself. And..just re-read the story, and found a bunch of great bits I missed the first time around. Dennis is so perfect.
