For Domestic and International Reaper Fans: We are hereby assigning Thursdays as Write Day. We need to keep up support for the show, and more importantly - let people KNOW we are keeping up support for the show.
While it's best if we all inundate these sites as a united fandom (it's more impressive if 100 people write at once than it is if 100 people write over 100 days), if you cannot do Thursdays then please try and do it as close to Thursday as possible.
Thank you.
Please note that I have listed the MUST DO, and left the rest up to you. I recommend contacting if you have the time, simply to keep interest in Reaper open (particularly if the show needs to be sold to cable).
All links and email address are organized below.

Is it better if we'll send the same mail text?

Is it better if we'll send the same mail text? Naw. If you want to write something, write it. If you don't, just write "Save Reaper", "Please Save Reaper", or "If Reaper becomes available I do hope you'll consider purchasing it for airings."

I have written for Reaper today! I signed the emails and comments for 11 people. Sadly enough, my friends don't have the internet. If another week goes by, I may start adding my pets' names to the list. This is getting ridiculous. We deserve answers!

I emailed everybody today too- again! Yeah I hear ya, ashsworkshed. It would be nice to know what's going on, if anything. Sometimes it seems like there is a huge disconnect between the fans and the suits at the networks. You write in and never hear back and don't even know if your communication has been read. Oh well...we do what we can. Hopefully a season 3 for Reaper is still getting some consideration, and they're waiting to see how the repeats on Sunday nights go. We can always hope.
Hey Blue and cko, heard you both on blogtalkradio. You guys were great! You were really enthusiastic and concise and made a great case for the continuation of Reaper. And thank you Blogtalk for having them on and helping spread the word to SAVE REAPER!

Thanks motherbear, ashsworkshed, and everyone else who wrote/is writing. Keep it up! The whole point is to keep the fandom strong and vocal, so the powers that be know that we are out here and there is a market for Reaper.
Even if we don't hear back personally, remember a lot of us heard from our CW affiliates (not me, EVER, but others), and when bluesunflower actually spoke to Ms. Chang at ABC Studios, she said that the studio was "well aware" of the fans' interest. So, it can make an impression.

Okay, I wrote in to everybody and discovered there are some problems sending in comments to TBS, TNT, and Adult Swim. I will work on figuring that out either tomorrow or Saturday. And I will send my letters out tomorrow. Thanks everyone for helping out! Let's let everyone know the fandom is STILL here and we want the show back.

Well, from the snow flurry of emails I sent to stations yesterday, I've gotten one response so far, from the Los Angeles CW affiliate KTLA. Unfortunately it is not very encouraging. Their response:
"Thank you for your email. We appreciate reading you enjoyed watching the CW Network's show Reaper on KTLA.
The CW decides which of its shows they will renew or cancel. The TV stations do not get any say in the matter. The CW is not renewing Reaper. ABC Studios has not done a deal with Tribune so KTLA will not be airing the show in syndication.
In fact, the latest we have heard is ABC Studios has decided not to continue the show and not pursue syndication. One of the stars from Reaper is supposedly moving on to another show, Sons of Tucson, that will be airing on FOX Network next season.
You can contact The CW at feedback@cwtv.com to let them know you are disappointed in their decision."
Yeah. A lot of good that will do. Well...so how do we proceed form here?

I think that we should continue writing and stressing that Tyler Labine is, in fact, NOT a deal breaker.

Don't know how much good that would do. If ABC has indeed decided not to continue Reaper and not to pursue syndication, then it sounds like a third season is pretty much out, no matter what. Don't really know what we're fighting for now.

Don't know how much good that would do. If ABC has indeed decided not to continue Reaper and not to pursue syndication, then it sounds like a third season is pretty much out, no matter what. Don't really know what we're fighting for now. Nothing hurts to try, and as a reminder - one of the things we are keeping in mind are the shows that have returned even after their production studios "decided not to continue" the shows, such as Baywatch, Family Guy, Charles in Charge, Futurama, etc. etc. Mainly, motherbear, if you still want to help out - even if it looks like a lost cause - then please feel free. Join us for our rewatches on Sundays and Wednesdays, and take a half-hour of your time on Thursdays to write in. Keeping the fandom alive shows everyone there's still a market for Reaper. At the very least, it lets them know the show isn't forgotten by its fans. We are at this point more into long term plans than short term. Who knows what the future holds. It is still possible for a comic book and/or animated series, but only if there are people around that the studios know are interested in them. If you say nothing, then the show - and its story - dies for good.

Wow, really? I didn't realize a show could come back after being irrefutably cancelled! Well, that's cool. OK, I'm for continuing to show how much I love Reaper, and hope it will do some good.
If Reaper does return someday, as far as I'm concerned, the only actor that is irreplacable is Ray Wise, for I can't see anyone playing the devil but him. I would be wonderful if the rest of the cast could be persuaded to return too, but if not, there's a whole planet of humans for the devil to jerk around besides Sam, Sock, Ben and Andi. If Ray Wise would return, they could get a new cast to play around him. Anyway, that's my opinion.
Bummer! Went to watch Reaper tonight, and it wasn't on! (The CW strikes again!)

Write4Reaper Thursday! See above for all the addresses, but here's my emphasis today: 1) Save Reaper Sundays on The CW! Protest the substitution of Valentine for Reaper on the CW Sunday nights. Reaper reruns got better ratings than the experiment with Valentine, so bring back Reaper! Details here: community.livejournal.com/reaperdmv/57117.html2) USA NETWORK! I've just started watching Burn Notice, thanks to many of you have recommended it, and there seems to be a lot of fandom crossover. Plus, we're working with the people in the Save Life campaign (Life the tv show) who are fighting specifically to get Life on USA with Reaper! So this week I'm focusing on USA.
