So who are the guests we'd like to see on Reaper? I've mentioned before that I love the Buffy cross of Rack/Dennis and also Harmony/Holly and I think they should do more Buffy cross casting since the shows have been compared so often. I'd die for Seth Green, James Marsters or Nikky Brendan. Who would you like to see as either souls or demons?

Well, Seth Green's going to be on Heroes next season (yay!) and I think Marsters is still bumming around Torchwood... Anthony Stewart Head still tops my wishlist, just like he has ever since I found out he auditioned for the part of the Devil. Having been sent those old Maxwell House commercials where he is super, SUPER smug I've been pulling for him to play an Archangel (First choice = Saint Michael).

I would kill for a Hal Sparks/Michael Ian Black/Ken Marino match-up.

Well, Seth Green's going to be on Heroes next season (yay!) What? What?? WHAT??? OMFG!!!!! I didn't know that!!!! *runs screaming around the room* Oz was my favourite most beloved Scooby and I miss Seth Green on my TV so much. I'm a Heroes fan anyway and was looking forward to the new season but this makes it 100 times better. ETA: I found it. WhooHOO!!!

I think it'd be awesome to see Robert Englund on the show, as an escaped soul of course. He'd be great!

I've already droned on here and elsewhere about guest stars, especially from Battlestar Galactica, since they film(ed) in Vancouver. So coincidence, I was thinking of how the fantastic Mark Shephard could fit in, then I see today he is going to Dollhouse! Wow! I don't know more about; maybe Pace does. He was criminally underutilized in Bionic Woman (who wasn't, except those who were criminally overutilized) so it'll be great to see how he fares on a Joss Whedon show.
I don't watch Heroes (bad night) but I'd do anything for Seth so have to figure out a way.
I've been trying to imagine since we first discussed, but tho' I love Nick B. I can't picture him on Reaper. What kind of role would he play? He's such a a Sam prototype. Would it be like bringing Keith Richards on Pirates of the Caribbean? Not as anyone's father of course. I know Stinger loves Nick though, or rather Xander.

I sure do! Just found out today and WOW!!! Badger and Romo are two beloved characters of mine. LOVELOVELOVE!! I couldn't be happier when I heard this news. Between this and Seth on Heroes I could almost get over the horror of Half Blood Prince being pushed to next year. Almost. Reaper on DVD in November helps too. Well we already know that from Firefly yeah? He fares awesome. Mark Shephard on Reaper? Yes, please. And if Mondays are a bad night for you, you may have to get used to it. Dollhouse is airing Mondays as well. I also watch How I Met Your Mother which is Mondays along with Heroes. Monday has become my busiest TV night. Come January I'll be time shifting to get it all in. Do you watch HIMYM? If you're a fan of Aly Hanigan, you'd love it. She's amazing on it. I don't know who Nick could play, but I'd like to see him as a Leon-type escaped soul. He's a little bit older to be a bud or fellow co-worker of the guys. I could see him as a bartender at the Brick or a demon or soul. It would be nice to see him play a different kind of character than what we're used to seeing.

I forgot for a minute about Badger, I can't believe it. Oh wow NB as a bartender--that's perfect. Mondays nights I teach 7-10 pm but could get better at online viewing. I tried with Chuck for a while. I liked what I saw of Himym, especially NPH and the guy from Freaks Geeks. Thought AH was a little underutilized which I guess is my TV term of the day.

Maybe it was just the eps that you saw but its an ensemble cast and she's one of the main five. I think its pretty balanced among the characters, even though the show is really about Ted and his memories.

I said I couldn't picture NB on Reaper but these help. If it was 10 years ago and he was HotHyenaXander. By the wonderful moscow_watcher for fantas_magoria, a cool LJ comm where people do stories, art, and meta for a Buffy ep each week. Obviously this week we're doing The Pack. Anyone can join!

Nice icons. Yeah, he's a cutie. He still looks good, just a little beefier.

You wouldn't believe how long it took me to post those, but I'm learning!
And, back to wishlist, I'll underscore Anthony Stewart Head; him I can totally picture on Reaper. Oh, and Gunn. J. August Richards! He would be a great demon or reaper. I'd watch a whole show just of him walking around. *goes to find an animated icon of that*

I don't really have a wishlist. But imagine... if the show really does grow. The soul-of-the-week could end up becoming a fullblown guest star showcase. That'd be so cool.

Oooh! Alyson Hannigan definately! Willow was my favorite of The Scooby's. And I'm loving her to death on How I Met Your Mother, but I think she could used more proficiently over here. Plus, she has connections with The WB, UPN, and CBS. I'd think they'd be able to get her easy.

I just saw the episode where she goes to Marshall's family for Thanksgiving in St. Cloud and just... God she's so funny.

Anyone from Buffy or Angel would top my list especially J. August Richards since I haven't seen him in anything in a very long time. Also I would like to see Zak Santiago or Shaun Sipos on Reaper.

Ha! Marshall and his gigantic family! Oh god, that was just classic. She just does comedy and drama so well...and when its all in the same episode...you know you have a good one. Did you guys know that Vincent....Connor, Angel's son, is on Mad Men? I dont watch the show, but I've seen clips and he's in it. Good for him. I wasn't sure what was gonna happen to him after he left Angel.

I'd love to see Christine Wiles reunited with her Dead Like Me co-stars. I think Jasmine Guy would make a great soul of the week. And Ellen Muth would be a great rival for Sam's affection. I miss that show so much.

I'm so jealous that the author got to meet Carroll Spinney! I grew up with Sesame Street and the Muppet Show so to meet him would be a dream come true for me.
