Let's have a presence on Twitter! --Follow us @reaperdmv. --When you tweet, especially about Reaper, add the tags #reaper and #savereaper. And if you haven't already, join Twitter! A lot of us are there already. I'm @ccatko, and if you follow me, or direct message me there (or private message me here) I can tell you what little I know. It's fun! Plus, shortly we will be starting a #watchreaper campaign. Apparently it worked for #watchChuck (I think?), does anyone here know about that? Anyway, we'll set up some times for us to watch episodes "together" and tweet about them. Get the numbers up and have some fun while we're at it! More on that soon. ETA Saturday night: Having a few problems with the Twitter account, seems the tweets aren't going out, or are random. Sigh. Investigating. Open to advice. |

You need to hit facebook too. There's a reaper fan page there already. Just send messages to the ppl who joined the fan page. There's quite a few ppl that still don't use twitter but almost everyone I know has a facebook.

jeffreak, great to see you here! I'm so glad you're posting at that Facebook, cool. Yeah, that's me over there and on Twitter. In reality there's just the same 3 or 4 of us roaming around. JUST KIDDING!
But let's keep promoting, people. Please get people to follow @reaperdmv at twitter, because that account has this glitch that I can't send to people who aren't following me. Hope it gets fixed but meanwhile it's better if there are more followers! Link is at top of the main page.

I don't know what's involved in creating a facebook "cause", but I'm invited to support causes all the time. Usually, it's pro-life or Barack Obama or something like that but a Save Reaper cause would be cool.

Well I was just talking about bugging ppl in the memberlist, not posting anything on the fan page. Unless someone tells me why this is a bad idea, I'm probably going to start msging like crazy tomorrow night.

Ok I sent about 20 messages tonite. I have a lot more in me, but I don't want to get my account deactivated for spamming.
PS: Could you guys bold the 1000 reciept campaign headline on the forum home page? It would call more attention to it and seeing as it's the most important thing right now that would probably be a good strategy.

Still on Twitter, we have 70+ followers at the @reaperdmv account, which is up and running again, hooray! twitter.com/reaperdmvWe also have @reapersave as an account, so you can follow that, too, but same info going out. twitter.com/reapersaveWe started a Twibe, which seems to be a sort of Twitter grouping, called SaveReaper, join it here: www.twibes.com/group/SaveReaperOnce you join, you can tweet thru there, too, and it picks gathers our reaper tweets.
