I'm saying "no, with a catch". I think he'll be about to lose Andi's soul too, and the Devil will make a "deal" like thing with him, something like "accept your fate, and I won't take Andi or your friends". So technically, Sam *could* get out of his deal, but he won't because of the consequences. At least, not this season. In other words, there will still be wiggle-room.

Yes, he'll think he's out of it but there's some kind of catch. I don't know what. Possibly something to do with his Mom returning, or his Dad's stay in Hell.

I'm with Blue on this one. The Devil obviously needs Sam for something huge he's been planning since the beginning of time, so he won't give up on him without a fight.
Now, the fact that Steve and the Steventologists (hehe) are protecting Sam because there seems to be a special interest on him in Heaven is making things a lot more interesting.

He has already given up one "get out of hell free card" for Andi (and partly because he knows The Devil will screw him over anyway, if he tried to use it for himself). I can see him giving up another chance to get out. If he insists on getting out even if it screws someone else over, that's evil - our Sammy knows this, he didn't let the demons sacrifice that drug dealer for him.
But I'm actually kind of confused now if there even is really a contract for Sam's soul. Going way back to the idea that you can't sign away someone else's soul. Didn't they establish (rather suddenly) that it was really a contract to bear the child of Lucifer? Or is that a smokescreen, too?
I don't expect it to make total sense anymore, I just hope what's coming will feel amusing and satisfying.

I think Sam's dad will be the one to sacrifice himself for his son. He said I can't die but I can't live either. That's a terrible position to be in. He's had over twenty years of life that he shouldn't have had thanks to Sam.
