No, virtue, we're not giving up! We have several fan things going: 1) Keep up with the actors and creators to see what they are doing next and try to support them; 2) Keep our fandom strong with rewatches, giveaways, and other contests; plenty of fandoms survive even when the show isn't on; 3) See if our collective energy can push some buttons for more Reaper, perhaps in different formats, such as comics or a movie.

Stick with us. None of us are giving up on our fandom!

I want to be part of it and do not know if you can plug into the computer or do I need an i-pod? Yeah, not too computer literate I know. There are fans who still vote for REAPER and the celebs on Buddytv, and I try to vote everyday on SAVETHATSHOW.COM. Out of the gizzillion emails I have sent, the only one I had received a reply back from was Mr. Finck way back in the winter.
On another note, I watched DollHouse last season, so I am sooo excited to see our own "DEVIL" Ray Weiss debut tomorrow night. Love that smell and those brilliant eyes!! What a charmer. Let's toast Ray.

I downloaded the episodes from iTunes onto my laptop with no problem. I don't have an iPod. The only issue for me was that it took a couple of hours, but then again, I don't have the fastest internet connection.

And if you *do* purchase Reaper episodes, don't forget to forward your receipts to our campaign at [e-mail].

Finally! Bret has a job. Cast in a new pilot for Fox as the lead. This show has such amazing geek potential I hope Fox picks it up. To have both David Tennant and Bret Harrison on my TV every week starting fall would be beyond my (admittedly) pretty low TV expectations. TV sucks right now, this would go a long way to making it better.

Please please let this get picked up. I now have two shows to campaign for.

Hooray! Thanks for the news, pace! Here's the few lines there at The Hollywood Reporter:

"Reaper" leading man Bret Harrison has been tapped as the lead on Fox's untitled Adam Goldberg comedy...The Goldberg single-camera comedy, directed by Seth Gordon, revolves around twentysomething geniuses (one played by Harrison) who crack computer security systems.

Now this sounds a lot better than that other project Bret was supposedly working on, which was either cops or lawyers, I forget which. Adam Goldberg, I used to hate him in Friends, etc, but loved loved loved him in the late, lamented (by me, kathyk, and our Twitter/blog friend rikerdonegal) The Unusuals.

I just read on zapit.com that Christian Slater is going to be part of the cast of the hacker comedy that Bret is doing. I am so there. I loved the Forgotten and think it would be great to see them in a comedy.

Fox has ordered two additional scripts for comedy Breaking In a month after the network passed on the comedy pilot starring Christian Slater. The pilot, set at a digital-security firm, was written by Adam F. Goldberg and directed by Seth Gordon. It had buzz, tested well and was in the running for a series pickup before ultimately missing the cut. Now, with the additional script order, producing studio Sony Pictures TV is also expected to extend the options on the cast that also includes Reaper star Bret Harrison. This would prevent Harrison from being considered for the role on new NBC comedy series Perfect Couples, which is recasting a male lead.

I have great news. According to Entertainment Weekly Bret will have a recurring role on ABC's series V. I don't watch that show but I'll start now. V is scheduled to start in November. Reaper is still missed according to the comments under the article.

Bret showed up at the Television Critics Association meeting, promoting his new show, Breaking....Whatever, I can't tell from the photos what it says and I don't remember right now. It's the show with Christian Slater, and Bret is sitting right next to Christian, so I guess he's the #2 guy!

Oh, okay, I guess this really is confirmation that the show has been picked up as a midseason replacement:

Joining Slater in Breaking In is Bret Harrison, who is best known for playing Sam Oliver on Reaper. He is also credited for his roles on The Loop, Grounded for Life and V, where he plays Dr. Sidney Miller. On the FOX comedy, Harrison plays Cameron Bright, a college student and computer hacker who is busted and eventually hired by Slater's Oz, the head of a security firm, to test the loopholes in a client's security plan by breaking in and acting as a thief. While it appears that Cameron may have found his calling, his new endeavor may be easier said than done. Apart from the risks of his assignment, he also has to endure working with the security firm's undercover intel Josh (Trever Moore), office manager Carol (Jennifer Irwin), office prankster Cash (Alphonso McAuley), and lockpicker Melanie (Odette Yustman).

Breaking In premieres Wednesday, April 6 at 9:30pm following American Idol. For now, check out the photos from the pilot episode for a sneak peek.

BuzzSugar piece on Bret's new show, Breaking In, which looks pretty damn different actually.

What it's about: Cameron Price (Bret Harrison) is your typical college slacker with Van Wilder syndrome. Even with seven years of schooling under his belt, he'd much rather pull pranks and hack into teachers' emails instead of actually graduating. But once high-tech security firm Contra Security hears about Cameron's talents, it's only a matter of time before they come calling. Boss Oz (Christian Slater) literally breaks into Cameron's dorm room and takes him under his wing as an intern at the company, which attempts extreme heists (think stealing cars) to win over clients.
# Where it works: Harrison is just as charming here as he was on Reaper, and several of the quirky secondary characters show promise (I'm particularly a fan of the hovering office secretary Carol and Smallville's Michael Rosenbaum as sophomoric dimwit, Dutch).
