Musings from the single thread about Ashes to Ashes, which introduced some new concepts, including, of course, Mimi and Cady. This was my post in response to blue trying to remember about this ep. "Dad giving Sam relationship advice (get on with your life) and using his courtship of Mom as an example? Sam asking his Dad for relationship advice? Mimi asking Sam for relationship advice? Mimi looking like she has demon horns? (Though that might be my imagination.) The weird way Sam acted when Sock pushed him to ask out Andi ("waves of Sam crashing on the shores of Andi") and he talked to her all pissed like he knew she would say no? Them focusing on saving the living rather than capturing the soul? Ben's grandma saying they were doing God's work?" Quotes:Sock: We caught your ashes's ass man, we've caught your ass, yeah! Sam: Can you not taunt the soul, let's just get to the center and find the vessel. [Love Sam's pragmatism.] Sam: What, so now I’m your handy man? That’s not part of the deal. Devil: Actually it is. I own you, Sam. If I ask you to take out the garbage in Hell, that’s what you’ll do. [Early ominous-ity.] Oh, then blue and I argued about whether Sam was pissed at first in the Andi scene. And everyone loved the end part.

what was it that ben's grandmother said when she stabbed sam with the fork? It went by too quickly for me to catch it, other than the obvious "devil"
