Ew, ew, ew what happened to Jessica Stroup? She was drop dead gorgeous on Reaper and looked normal and now US is reporting she's dropped to 100 pounds at 5'8" and is being ordered to gain weight by 90210's producers. She looks horrible, what is wrong with these women?

Oh, yes, Stinger had a link about that the other day in chat. It's very upsetting. I saw a general promo pic for 90210 and I hardly recognized her even tho' I think they were trying to cover it up. I feel so bad for her. I'm guessing it was the pressure of the new series, but it's probably more complex than that.

When I first started watching 90210, I noticed how she looked thinner, and then later I noticed her legs and thought, "Oh my GOSH they're like sticks! She didn't look like this on Reaper, did she? EAT!"
I'm about her height, and now knowing that she's only 100 pounds... *shudder* Hopefully she'll get the help she needs, yet not be expected to be "fixed" overnight. (Which, sadly, being on TV, she probably will be.)

My guess some man that believes the females must look like Super Model thin. I remember some guy saying she seemed like a Small screen version of Elizabeth Hurley. I believe that is in regards to her soft voice, and gorgeous looks. |
