R.I.P. Reaper...

I just wanted to say that on behalf of myself and the cast, we had a great time on this show and REALLY appreciate the fans out there that fought endlessly to keep Reaper on the air. We're disappointed that we won't be coming back but are grateful for the memories we have from the last two seasons. For me, it was more than just a job since I was able to go back home, where I spend the majority of my life, and spend a couple years with my family and friends. It really was the biggest blessing!! I have no idea where I'm going next, but I look forward to whatever it is.

Thank you again for your undying support, it did not go unnoticed.

This article made me less happy then I thought it would by looking at the title. To me, this article makes it seem like this really is the end of Reaper.

To be fair, Joe, Missy's not telling us anything we don't already know. Remember, it's only been since Friday that word came out, and today is only Monday. We should still be in Short Term Goal Mode.

Missy is simply thanking fans for their support. She's not saying she wouldn't re-sign to Reaper if we can manage to convince ABC and ABC Studios to change their minds.
