Hey, akt, that's a good find, I guess it's environmentally positive, anyway. I'm actually surprised Jenny doesn't get tons more work. She seems to be reading for some parts (per her tweeting), but I keep waiting for something of hers to get picked up.

Wait! She's in that movie Brothers with Jake Gyllenhall and Tobey Macguire, coming out next week? She plays "Tina" but I can't figure out how big a role. Hooray!

I wonder what's the status on Scribble. She mentioned shooting will start "soon" a while back but now she doesn't mention it anymore.

As for not getting more parts, she admitted she comes off as "wacky" in auditions. Sometimes that works like a charm (or should I say Hell ) sometimes less so

She also said in one of her YouTube videos that she's a bit taller than most male actors and some people don't seem to like that.

Wade Joins Whitford And Hanks In Jack n Dan

The very gorgeous Jenny Wade (the criminally cancelled show Reaper) has signed to star opposite Colin Hanks and (the also very brilliant) Bradley Whitford (Studio 60, The West Wing)in a brand new pilot for Fox TV.

According to The Hollywood Reporter Jack and Dan, "centres on Jack (Hanks), an ambitious, by-the-book detective in a dead-end post at the LAPD who is partnered with Dan (Whitford), a drunken, lecherous cop who hangs onto his job only because of a heroic act years before." Wade will play a District Attorney.

Wade pops up in the upcoming Jim Sheridan movie Brothers, but will forever have a warm place in my heart for her continually amusing performances during the second season of Reaper. A curse on their houses for cancelling that awesome show.

Yeah, ew for Brad as a lecherous anything. But the Colin Hanks thing is kind of a Six (or Two) Degrees of Separation thing, since CH was in that movie Orange County with Bret, right? I tried to watch it once to see Bret but had to call it quits after the first 30 mins, at which point Bret had not yet appeared.

I think I told you that Bret had a very small role at the very beginning of the movie. He was the surfer friend of Colin's character that died.

Oh, yeah, akt, I guess so. I was wondering why "Code 58" didn't sound familiar. Guess they changed the name, which is good I think.

Frankly, I've been having trouble keeping all these series/potential series straight. Jenny's is the one with Brad Whitford and Colin Hanks. Missy's is with Gregory Smith, also a cop show. Bret's is...related to District Attorneys, right?

Calling all cars: Fox has announced that its new Bradley Whitford-Colin Hanks police action comedy, tentatively titled 'Code 58', is set to premiere on Mon., June 7 at 9PM.

Previously called 'Jack and Dan,' the new cop series from Matt Nix (who also created USA Network's hit 'Burn Notice'), will also get two special previews right before the 'American Idol' results show on Wed., May 12 and May 19 at 8PM, before settling into its Monday night slot.

'Code 58' -- which is Dallas police speak for a routine investigation -- follows a young, ambitious and by-the-book detective (Hanks) who is relegated to the mundane petty crimes department with his boozy, maverick old-school partner (Whitford). Apparently Jenny's show is now called The Good Guys and they ran a promo for it during American Idol, which I'm proud to say I do not watch. But if anyone saw it, or can find it online (the promo I mean), let us know!
