Andi- After the ecape of the Devil's son, Adolf, he felt that he needed another sould to take his place. Being that between all of his other children, Adolf did the best job with taking over. So, why bring him back when he would put a hit out on Andi?
Devil- After waging war to his creator and his consequent eternal fight for the souls of mankind, the Morning Star (aka Lucifer, aka Dark Lord of Asses) finally met his doom by the hands (and sword) of the archangel Michael.
Gladys- The Devil find out about her relationship with Mike (an escaped soul) and sent her back to Hell.
Ben- After another run in with his old pal X, Ben needless to say lost the battle for Nina.

Steve- His wings were ripped off.
Morgan- He was hunted down.
Ted- Humiliated to death. Then possibly pushed off a cliff. But what would we know? Just don't blame Kali, she knows nothing of it.
Mr. and Mrs. Oliver- Mr. O completed his death by going to Hell and Mrs. O, feeling so bad about kicking him and ultimately helping bring about his death, killed herself.
Tony- He suddently disappeared leaving no clue of his whereabout.
