Ok, enough's enough. I'm just gonna start this thread. Here's Bret MySpace page for his band, Big Japan. There's a video on there of the band that's kinda cool. Bewarned, it looks like they update it about as often as Bret does Krakoom, which would be all kinds of awesome if he actually did that Koomcast that's up there. Kinda annoying really. I'm thinking about leaving a comment as to when he's gonna update, because I have no idea how to contact him otherwise. OYM should REALLY send him some of his pics - especially his latest "Sam" one. |

The best way to contact him is probably through Krakoom, at least he answered my e-mails twice so I know he gets them there. OYM should send his pics there too since we know he posted fanart.
He's on Facebook too for the record, but there's not much on his profile there apart from some fun party pics, list of interests, groups and stuff. (But omg Blue! Bret lists Little Miss Sunshine as one of his favourite movies so I guess he'd hate me. ;D )
If he's not updating at MySpace and other places, it's most likely because he's busy working. Unlike the co-stars, there's hardly a scene that doesn't include Sam. The last Facebook activity I saw was that he recently joined Tyler's group for Control, Alt, Delete.

Tyler didn't clear me either, but he started the Reaper group that's there so maybe he figures that's the place where his fans can go.

From the Vancouver Sun, a sighting. Not sure what film they're talking about, it's more likely he's there shooting Reaper. I like a guy who's not afraid to like massages:

He liked the experience so much, he wrote a post-treatment note of thanks including "amazing massage." We are told that he is town filming a movie with Carmen Electra.

The film they're talking about is Mardi Gras, but why they'd be in Vancouver is a mystery. I would think he'd just be there for Reaper too. |

Yeah, Mardi Gras was of course filmed in New Orleans over the summer and has long since wrapped. Someone must have gotten their information mixed up. Maybe he mentioned that he had done this film and was now shooting Reaper.

Could definitely-- just because the creators admit they chose the name for very mundane reasons doesn't mean the significance of the name is off the table.

I just read a great interview with Bret on Bullz-eye. com . The interviewer mentions Reaper DMV. I'd love it if Bret posted here. I wonder what Bret thinks of Reaper fan-fic or if he's read any of it.

Why should the thought of Bret reading fanfic scare you? I'm no fan of slashfic but some of the stories I've read have been very good. I'd be flattered if someone cared enough about my show to spark their own creativity.

Does anyone have Bret as a friend on MySpace or Facebook? I was thinking of adding him, but since they are both private, I wasn't sure if I should. I respect that actors would want to keep them private, but if they do have fans as friends maybe I'll consider asking. No biggie though!
